This dual role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while also contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. This role requires a blend of strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, marketing knowledge, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Wages: £12.50 - £13.50/hr depending on experience

Working Hours: 20 hours/week

Job Description

Responsibilities (Customer Service):

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Provide accurate information about products/services, pricing, and company policies.   
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and empathetically.
• Proactively identify and address potential customer pain points.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.
• Contribute to the development of customer service procedures and best practices.
• Monitor online reviews and social media mentions, responding appropriately and proactively.
• Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.   

Responsibilities (Business Marketing):

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, content marketing).
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, website, and marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Identify target audiences and develop targeted marketing messages.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and support sales efforts.
• Contribute to the development of marketing budgets and strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
• Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
• Contribute to the overall brand building and reputation management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service and/or marketing (relevant internships or entry-level positions considered).   
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools.   
• Familiarity with social media platforms and social media marketing techniques.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.   
• Data-driven and analytical mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a related industry.
• Experience with graphic design or video editing software.

Working hours: Full Time position, Monday - Friday (40hrs/week)

Job description:

• As our Training centre E-Learning Manager , you will design, produce, and manage our dynamic e-learning content that supports the learning and development needs of our training centre. 
• You will be working as E-learning manager to manage our training centres for Jay childcare matters , Jcm care and other business owned by director (JCM Group Services).
• You will expected to also produce a range of training packages using various our e-platforms. 
• You’ll work closely with key stakeholders and our Jcm Group Operational Training Team, to ensure our staff are equipped with the relevant training resources that ensures they are operationally competent to deliver their roles.
• You will assesses JCM IT training requirements of our organisation and our learners to identify the skills needed for certain roles and career.
• As an E-Learning Manager develops training programme and prepares IT equipment, lectures, demonstrations and study aids.
• You will oversee and supervises trainee /learners development, assists then with any difficulties and prepares regular progress reports on each trainee for JCM management
• Responsible to arrange work experience and instructional visits for JCM trainees/ learners doing RQF courses.
• As a E-learning Manager you are expected to plan curriculum and ensure a smooth running of JCM rota of staff duties.
• Monitor and updates or amends staff rota for Jcm Group in light of developments.
• Advises on training programmes and discusses progress or problems with staff and trainees.
• Design and build innovative e-learning modules and training packages using digital training software.
• Collaborate and Partner with training teams, managers, and subject matter experts to ensure e-learning resources meet training objectives.
• Innovate and Drive the use of e-learning within a blended learning strategy, incorporating the latest instructional design techniques.
• Support and Provide training to staff on e-learning tools and best practice. Develop bespoke training packages using a variety of different delivery methods.
• Manage and Oversee the JCM e-learning system, responding to queries, maintaining content, and ensuring system updates.
• You are expected to work as a training centre manager for Jcm online college ,Jcm college & jcm CPD training. 
• Ensure that trainers are fully qualified within their roles. 
• Managing and overseeing all activities within JCM training centre .
• Planning and preparing activities to allow for the monitoring of assessments
• You will trained to ensure the standardisation of assessment practices (working alongside Assessors, trainers and employers)
• Observing both trainer and trainees & providing constructive feedback.
• Expected to Sampling assessment records and decisions / grades given.
• Identifying and facilitating best practices within the jcm training centre.
• Implementing training programmes for internal and external for trainers and trainees.
• You will assess training requirements and prepares lectures, demonstrations, and study materials.

Qualifications/ work experience 

• Must have a degree holder for relevant subject In ICT, management, or Education .
• To have knowledge and technical skills in using Microsoft office suite, web content management .
• Experience: Demonstrated expertise in developing e-learning courses and use digital platform as part of a blended learning strategy
• Skills: Proficiency with e-learning packages or design, and strong organisational skills.
• Qualities: A self-motivated, detail-oriented innovator with a passion for digital learning and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with young adults and adult learning , using classroom theories and instructional design principles.
